Services & Supports Supervisor
As an employee of the Fairfield County Board of Developmental Disabilities, the job incumbent shall comply with all Board policies, and shall demonstrate respect for, support dignity of, and observe the rights of all individuals served by the agency.
The starting annual rate for this position is $63,065.60 and is based upon experience and qualifications and includes full county benefits. A Bachelor's Degree or higher plus minimum of three years of managing staff in a professional environment, a minimum of one year working as an Individual Support Coordinator for Fairfield DD, eligible for required DODD certification, knowledge of Medicaid and insurance billing procedures, and maintains a valid Ohio driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to agency insurance carrier.
