Maintenance Technician - Groveport, OH
Maintenance Technician – $26/hr
Job Overview:
Support production by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on minimizing downtime, ensuring equipment reliability, and maintaining safe operations.
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Training on 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Read schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals
- Assist with installation of new equipment
- Maintain maintenance records and parts usage
- Respond quickly to equipment issues to reduce downtime
- Follow all safety procedures
Requirements:
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
- Experience with tools (calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches, power tools)
- Basic electrical knowledge is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
