General Labor / Grinder – $20/ hr
Job Overview:
Operate multiple grinding machines in a fast-paced, wet production environment while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires constant movement, attention to detail, and the ability to work on your feet throughout the shift.
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Training on 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Break Policy:
- 20-minute unpaid lunch (must remain on-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Run multiple grinders and move between machines
- Monitor production quality and machine performance
- Maintain safe work practices in wet conditions
- Perform physical tasks (standing, bending, twisting) up to 8 hours
Requirements:
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours
- Comfortable with repetitive motion and physical work
- Able to work in a wet, industrial environment
