Accurate Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is looking for a Residential General Manager. This position is based in Chillicothe, and Columbus, Lancaster & Wilmington offices, as needed.

JOB OVERVIEW
As the Residential General Manager, you will be responsible for improving efficiency and increasing profits while managing the overall operations of the Residential business.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive profitable growth the residential division based on outstanding customer service
- Grow the net number of residential service agreements each year by a minimum of 15%
- Build a solid team of installers, service technicians and CSR’s that are fully committed to outstanding customer service
- Integrate all service lines to become the trusted home service provider for all customers
- Collaborate with the Accurate commercial and plumbing teams to cross sell/service business lines Enhance tools to measure and report on customer satisfaction levels
- Identify gaps on the Accurate residential team based on quantity/quality
- Work with HR to identify, recruit and hire teammates who are fully committed to providing outstanding customer service and align with Company values
- Evaluate team member performance on a regular basis to include a formal annual review
- Work with HR to develop a training program for all team members

- Work with Admin/IT to leverage tools and consistent processes
- Work with Marketing to establish annual marketing plans and budgets
- Establish a team meeting cadence to set the tone for the teams
- Work with Accounting to build an annual budget based on monthly budgets for install and service
- Review monthly financial results to determine strengths and opportunities
- Work with Admin to build financial and operating reports to evaluate individual and team performance – including daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Evaluate and implement a regional service model once it is financially viable
- Establish regions
- Develop a consistent service model
- Identify market leaders
- Ensure the model can be replicated for new regions
- Provide motivation and resources for local team to engage their communities
- Work with HR to develop compensation models that reward skill, growth and outstanding customer service levels
- Work with Admin/Warehouse/vendors to develop efficient procurement and logistics processes
- Coordinate with Admin to maximize cash flow results – proposal to invoicing to collections
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field, or at least five years of management in the HVAC field
- Proven success in a managerial role
- Strong decision-making ability
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
- Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans
- Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable
- Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
- Solid, strategic experience in the HVAC industry
