Looking for skilled concrete finishers, form carpenters, experience with equipment operations, and/or crew leader experience. For serious applicants, we are willing to train from the ground up. We will help you build on the experience you have to advance and grow with us!

We are based near New Lexington in Perry County, but most of our projects are in Fairfield, Franklin, Licking, and Pickaway counties. Ride sharing is possible for those who live close or along the way.
Laborer
Pay range - $19 - $24/hr depending on skill, experience and/or productivity. Opportunities for overtime and training toward concrete finishing. Wage rate may be increased after probationary period for motivated productive employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Prep: Demolition, excavation, and setting up forms for concrete placement.
- Reinforcement: Installing rebar, wire mesh, and expansion joints.
- Maintenance: Operating tools like jackhammers, saws, and mixers.
- Site Cleanup: Cleaning tools, equipment, and removing rubble.
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy materials (up to 75-100 lbs).
- Experience: Not required, but will impact the wage offer
- Conditions: Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Additional Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license without excessive points
- Pass background check
- Physically fit to perform required tasks
