Stebelton Snider Welcomes Associate Attorneys Kathyrn McIlroy & Peter Olson

The Partners of the law firm of Stebelton Snider LPA are pleased to announce that Kathyrn McIlroy and Peter Olson have joined the firm as Associate Attorneys.

Originally from Circleville, Kathyrn graduated magna cum laude from Marietta College in 2021. In 2024, she graduated cum laude from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and was admitted to the Ohio bar that same year.

While at UC Law, Kathyrn served as a citations editor for the University of Cincinnati Law Review and she had the opportunity to extern at the Supreme Course of Ohio in Chief Justice Sharon L. Kennedy’s chambers. Kathyrn began working for Stebelton Snider as a law clerk in 2023 and transitioned to Associate Attorney upon bar passage.

Kathyrn intends to focus her practice on general civil litigation matters in addition to the firm’s other practice areas. Kathyrn is a member of Pickaway County and Ohio State Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio and in the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio.

Hailing from the state of Delaware, Peter graduated from the College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio in 2017. In 2024, Peter graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and was admitted to the Ohio bar that same year. Peter began working for Stebelton Snider as a law clerk in 2023 and transitioned to an Associate Attorney upon bar passage.

Peter intends to focus his practice on issues in transactional law. This growing practice includes real estate issues like real property acquisition and title/zoning disputes, general commercial issues such as entity formation and internal agreements, and a range of estate planning matters. Peter is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio and in the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio. Peter and his wife Grace reside in Columbus.
