Snyder & Company Expands Team with Two New Hires
Firm welcomes staff accountant Mason Dubois and assistant manager Jacob Rettig, CPA
LANCASTER, Ohio – Snyder & Company Certified Public Accountants (Snyder & Company) recently announced the addition of two new employees, expanding its accounting team with the hiring of staff accountant Mason Dubois and assistant manager Jacob Rettig, CPA.
Dubois began his journey with Snyder & Company as an intern in July 2024 while completing college credit requirements. Inspired by the firm’s collaborative culture and strong sense of community, he eagerly accepted a full-time role as a staff accountant in June 2025. Dubois is now working toward his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license to further advance his career and better serve the firm’s clients.
“Mason’s growth from intern to staff accountant demonstrates his commitment to the profession and his enthusiasm for serving our clients,” said Linda Sheridan, CPA, CVA, managing partner at Snyder & Company. “We’re excited to see his career continue to develop here.”
Rettig, who joined Snyder & Company as assistant manager, graduated from Franklin University in 2021. He earned his CPA license in 2023 and has worked in public accounting since 2021, focusing on corporate and individual income taxes.
“Jacob’s broad industry experience brings valuable knowledge to our team,” Sheridan said. “His skills and dedication will be a tremendous asset as we continue to serve our clients.”
