Rotary Club of Lancaster Transitions Presidency

   

Lancaster, Ohio – Stephanie Taylor was inducted as The Rotary Club of Lancaster’s 2025-26 Club President during a “passing of the gavel” from 2024-25 Club President, Adam Pillar, on July 7, 2025.
 
Under Adam’s leadership, the club awarded nearly 51 scholarships totaling $88,945 to high school and college students from Fairfield County. Additionally, the club participated in monthly service projects, including donating dictionaries to local schools, collecting basic needs items for local non-profits and more. The club continued to help promote fundraising efforts for the Rotary all-inclusive playground to be built at Miller Park, hosted several Red Cross blood drives, sponsored Interact clubs at Fisher Catholic and Lancaster high schools and hosted exchange students from Brazil and Chile.
 
“Serving this committed group of Rotarians and our greater community as Club President has truly been an honor,” said Pillar, as he thanked his fellow Rotarians for their engagement, generosity and support.
 
The incoming Club President Stephanie Taylor, Director of Development and Communications at Habitat for Humanity of Southeast Ohio, said, “I am truly thankful for the opportunity to serve and excited to help carry forward our mission to ‘Unite for Good’ through meaningful community impact.”
