Krile Communications Announces Promotion of Rachel Swick
LANCASTER, OH – Krile Communications is pleased to announce that Rachel Swick has accepted a promotion to client relations manager.

This advancement recognizes Swick’s continued contributions in guiding client communications strategies, supporting project execution, and collaborating with team members to develop creative marketing strategies that strengthen brands and deliver meaningful results for both new and existing clients.

Swick earned her Master of Business Administration from the State University of New York at Brockport in 2024. She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance in 2023. Rachel began at Krile Communications as an intern in January 2023, joining the team full time as a client relations specialist in April 2024. Outside of work, Swick serves as a youth gymnastics coach and is a member of the steering committee for the Young Professionals of Fairfield County.
