"Seniors make up a significant and growing share of Fairfield County, with nearly one in three residents age 55 and older. That's not just a statistic; it's a call to action," said Jennifer Walters, President of Fairfield Homes, Inc. "Our commitment is to make sure those residents have access to homes that truly fit their lives by developing places where they can feel safe, connected, and at home in the community they've built. This investment in our local community will not only serve our older residents, it will strengthen the area’s long-term housing infrastructure and contribute to its economic vitality."
The Reserve at Hunter Trace features 95 one- and two-bedroom apartments designed to support independence, wellness, and social connection. Residents will enjoy lifestyle-supporting amenities, such as an on-site yoga and stretching studio; expansive community room designed for socializing, games and community activities; library; coffee bar; outdoor patio and lounge; and an on-site medical care center operated by Fairfield Community Health Center. The property meets sustainability standards under the U.S. Green Building Council rating system to ensure long-term environmental sustainability.
“The Reserve at Hunter Trace is another step toward creating community,” said Catherine Cawthon, President and CEO, Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing. “It offers thoughtful housing for aging adults, including quality design and services to support its residents. OCCH is proud to stand with Fairfield Homes today as we welcome residents home.”
