Fairfield Homes Announces Development of 95-Unit Reserve At Hunters Trace in Lancaster
Lancaster, OH - Fairfield Homes, Inc., a full-service property management, development and construction company, is proud to announce the development of Reserve at Hunter Trace, a high-quality, environmentally sustainable, and well-connected community near the Fairfield Heritage Trail bike path and just one mile from downtown Lancaster. All units in this affordable housing development for individuals age 55+ will be reserved for residents at or below 60% of the area median income.

The project will meet sustainability standards under the U.S. Green Building Council rating system to ensure long-term environmental sustainability.
