Fairfield Federal Announces Promotions of Tracy Embrey and Sarah Franke

LANCASTER, Ohio (March 12, 2026) – Fairfield Federal is pleased to announce two senior promotions within its leadership team. Tracy Embrey was promoted to Senior Vice President, overseeing retail operations at Fairfield Federal’s three office locations. Sarah Franke was promoted to Vice President of Savings Operations. 

 

Embrey was elevated to Senior Vice President from her position as Vice President of Savings Operations, leveraging 27 years of experience at the Association to oversee all retail operations. She is actively involved in the community as a member of the Lancaster Rotary Club and previously served as Secretary of the Special Improvement District (SID) Board of Trustees for downtown Lancaster. 

 

Franke will advance from her position as Branch Manager at the West Fair Avenue Office to succeed Embrey as the Vice President of Savings. With 25 years of financial expertise, Franke will exercise her leadership skills for the Savings Department across all three branches. She was recently elected to the SID Board of Trustees and is a former member of the Fairfield County Extension Advisory Committee.
