County Auditor Team Recognized for Commitment to Professional Development

Fairfield County, Ohio — The County Auditor team continues to demonstrate a strong commitment to professional growth, leadership development, and excellence in public service. Recent accomplishments include the completion of the National Association of Counties (NACo) High Performance Leadership Academy by Kami Neal, Amanda Hoskinson, and Arika Ferrar.
 
The NACo High Performance Leadership Academy is a nationally recognized leadership development program designed to strengthen the skills of county government professionals through training in leadership practices, communication, collaboration, innovation, and organizational effectiveness. The program provides participants with tools and strategies to enhance their ability to lead and serve their communities.
 
In addition to the NACo High Performance Leadership Academy, County Auditor team members have pursued a variety of professional certifications, degrees, and licenses that enhance their knowledge and expertise. The team has demonstrated their commitment to continued professional development through earning additional certifications and credentials that support their roles and responsibilities.
