Arbuckle Phayer Announces Leadership Changes
Lancaster, OHIO – Tracy Arbuckle, Managing Partner of Arbuckle Phayer Accounting Group, LLC, today announced changes to the company’s leadership team.
Long-time valued partner Jodie Phayer will be retiring from her leadership role with the organization effective January 2025. Jodie will continue to work part-time with the firm to continue serving clients.
“Jodie and I have worked together for more than a decade to build a company that we are both incredibly proud of,” said Arbuckle. “From our team to our clients and the community we serve, Jodie has been an integral part of our success, and we are grateful that she will remain working with us in the future.”
In addition, Todd Offenberger, CPA, will be joining the firm, and the firm’s name will transition to Arbuckle Offenberger Business Advisors (AO Business Advisors).
“We are excited for the enthusiasm and expertise that Todd is bringing to our team,” said Arbuckle. “I am looking forward to working with Todd to build upon the foundation that Jodie and I have worked to create together over the last 11 years.”
Todd received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Dayton and has 20 years of public accounting experience. His background includes working in the tax, accounting and advisory arenas with clients in the manufacturing, service, restaurant, transportation, construction and real estate industries. Todd currently serves as Treasurer and Board Member of the Kiwanis Club of Lancaster, Ohio, and is also a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Tracy and Todd will continue to work with the firm’s clients to help them prosper by providing them with a wide array of professional business and individual services with solutions to help better manage their finances, tax burden and employees.
