Amy Eyman, Fairfield County Foundation Named Outstanding Community Partner by OUL
LANCASTER, Ohio –The Fairfield County Foundation and its CEO, Amy Eyman, were recognized as the 2024 Ohio University Lancaster Outstanding Community Partner during the University’s Community Engagement Symposium on Friday, October 25 in Athens, Ohio. The award was created to recognize an individual, or a project team, who are affiliated with a nonprofit or public service agency, that have been nominated by an Ohio University student, staff, or faculty member for their partnership in advancing student success, resilient communities, and life-long engaged citizens.
“The Fairfield County Foundation serves as an essential bridge between the community and the University, providing more than 3.5 million dollars in scholarships and programming support for Ohio University and its students,” said Pamela Kaylor, Ph.D., Professor of Instruction, Scripps College of Communication Studies at Ohio University Lancaster. “Amy Eyman’s leadership with the Foundation, along with her dedication as a community leader, truly set her apart. She exemplifies the qualities of a true collaborator, a passionate supporter, and an inspiring role model."

The Outstanding Community Partner Award winners received a financial contribution for their organization from the Beth K. Stocker Fund.
