OUCU Financial is offering limited-time Welcome Home grants to help homebuyers with down payment and closing cost funds on purchases and construction, starting April 6th, 2026. These grants are available through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati’s Affordable Housing Program. Eligible borrowers may receive grants up to $20,000. Moody's Ratings Upgrades Fairfield County Bond Rating to ''Aa1''
For Immediate Release: March 2, 2026 Moody’s Ratings Upgrades Fairfield County Bond Rating to “Aa1” LANCASTER, Ohio – Today, Moody’s Investors Services notified the Fairfield County Commissioners of an upgrade to its bond ratings to “Aa1”, citing the healthy financial structure, excellent ability to meet its obligations, and a robust general fund to meet citizens’ needs. This is an upgrade from the previous rating of “Aa2”, which the County had maintained since 2022.
