Services & Supports SupervisorThe Fairfield County Board of Developmental Disabilities is seeking an Individual Support Coordination Supervisor. This position is responsible for support, direction, supervision, and training to the Individual Service Coordinators (ISCs) and Service & Supports Assistants. Assures Fairfield DD personnel policies and procedures are followed. Recommends hiring, firing and disciplinary action to the Director of Service and Supports. Completes evaluations of staff annually.
