Sales Associate

We have over 50 years of experience in the industry with locations in Delevan, WI, Omaha, NE, and Lancaster, OH.

Candidates need a mix of hard and soft skills to excel. These include strong customer service, product knowledge (training will be provided), communication, and problem-solving abilities. Adaptability, time management, and teamwork are also crucial. This position is crucial for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.

We are looking to fill two sale associate positions. Extensive travel required.

The first position will operate as the first point of contact for our largest customer and work under the Director of Sales. Although the position is not limited to poly fiber sales and support this will be 65% of the role.

The second position will be responsible for the sale of glass fiber and poly fiber products.

Minimum of one year’s experience in a manufacturing sales role. Degree is not required.

Commission is available for account growth.

This is a position that will be required to be in the office when not traveling on business.

Requirements:

• Customer Service Skills including phone etiquette
• Product Knowledge (training will be provided)
• Sales Skills – Ability to upsell and enhance customer purchases and increase sales.
• Interpersonal Skills
• Basic Math and Computer Skills
• Ability to read, speak and write English

Must have a clean driving record and pass a pre-employment drug screening.
