Duties

• Conduct research to identify potential donors and funding opportunities
• Develop fundraising campaigns
• Utilize email marketing and digital marketing strategies to engage donors
• Manage volunteer programs and coordinate fundraising events
• Oversee public relations efforts to enhance the organization's visibility
• Utilize software tools for donor management and reporting
• Negotiate partnerships and sponsorships to support fundraising initiatives
• Coordinate estate planning efforts with donors
• Proficiency in software for donor relationship management

Skills
Strong research skills for donor identification
Experience with fundraising campaigns
Proficiency in email marketing and digital marketing techniques
Ability to manage volunteer programs effectively
Excellent public relations skills
Familiarity with donor management software
Strong negotiation skills for partnerships and sponsorships
Knowledge of estate planning principles
Proficient in software for donor relationship management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fundraising, with a focus on donor relations in Fairfield County
• Strong background in marketing strategies, including digital marketing and public relations
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure partnerships and sponsorships
• Knowledge of estate planning and wills, trusts, & estate law
• Ability to manage relationships effectively, both with donors and within the organization

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
