Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, CCMA, LPN, RN)

As a Certified Medical Assistant/ LPN / RN you will support providers and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients, collect and document basic medical information and history
• Arrange and administer laboratory services, immunizations, hearing and vision screening(s)
• Documentation of patients charts for all updated information pertaining to visit
• Assist during medical examinations
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms and lab
• As needed - organize and schedule appointments, answer phone calls and cover check-in and check-out desks.

Skills

• Proven working experience as a Certified Medical Assistant/LPN/RN
• Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work flow
• Social perceptiveness and service oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
