Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dealership Cashier and Office Support professional to join our team. This vital role combines front desk responsibilities, administrative support, and customer service to ensure smooth daily operations at our dealership. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and possess excellent communication skills, with a passion for providing exceptional service.

This is a part time position working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 11am to 6pm and Saturday 7:30am to 1:30pm.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and visitors warmly at the front desk, providing professional and friendly service.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately to process payments and issue receipts.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and recordkeeping to ensure all dealership documentation is up-to-date.
  • Provide customer support by answering inquiries, offering assistance, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) applications.
  • Strong front desk presence with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system operation.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and basic financial transactions is desirable.
