We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for our Seasonal Concession in our Half-Way House and Pool Concession/Bar. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. As a member of our concession team, you will play a vital role in delivering a memorable experience to our guests while serving food and beverages at our Half-Way House and Pool Bar/Concession
Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to customers with a friendly and efficient demeanor.
- Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession area, ensuring compliance with food handling and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
- Perform bussing duties to keep the concession area tidy and welcoming for guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in quick service fast food and restaurants is preferred, but will train.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Proper food handling practices is essential for maintaining health and safety standards. Will train in these practices.
- Experience using POS systems, is highly valuable, but willing to train.
- Accurately handle Cash and Credit card sales.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends during peak seasons.
- You must be 18 years of age to work in our Half-Way house and 21 years of age to work the Pool Concession/ Bar.
