DIESEL MECHANIC
Creative Coach Co./Fun Bus has an immediate opening for a qualified Diesel Mechanic to be part of the team servicing our fleet of vehicles at our shop in Lancaster, Ohio. This is a full-time position working 4 10-hour days, with flexibility to work weekends, holidays and weekends, if needed.
Qualifications & Skills Needed:
- 2+ years experience as Diesel Mechanic
- ASE Certification a plus
- Possess valid Ohio drivers license
- Available to work weekends, holidays and weekends if needed
- Pays attention to detail
- Possess communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to lift 100 lbs., stoop, bend, twist, etc.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry and electrical
Responsibilities
- Perform minor and major repairs on vehicles
- Perform diagnostic tests using company tools and software
- Maintain preventative maintenance program for 10+ vehicles
- Comply with factory, industry and DOT requirements
- Use company provided supplies in a conservative, cost-effective manner
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance on all vehicles, equipment and tools
- Perform inspections, tire rotation, electrical systems per DOT requirements
- Maintain parts inventory
