This role is a multifaceted administrative position that combines front-desk customer service with basic accounting support. You’ll greet visitors, manage calls, process payments and invoices, perform data entry, and ensure smooth front-office operations while maintaining accurate financial records.

Shift: 1st Shift | 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00/hour (DOE)
Key Duties

Greet visitors, answer calls, and maintain the reception area.

Handle mail, supplies, and general clerical support

Process payments, deposits, and maintain financial records
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong organizational & communication skills

Proficient in office software & spreadsheets

Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented
