This role is a multifaceted administrative position that combines front-desk customer service with basic accounting support. You’ll greet visitors, manage calls, process payments and invoices, perform data entry, and ensure smooth front-office operations while maintaining accurate financial records.

Shift & Pay

  • Shift: 1st Shift | 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Pay: $17.00 – $19.00/hour (DOE)

Key Duties

  • Greet visitors, answer calls, and maintain the reception area.

  • Handle mail, supplies, and general clerical support

  • Process payments, deposits, and maintain financial records

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong organizational & communication skills

  • Proficient in office software & spreadsheets

  • Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented
