Account Representative
We are looking for an Account Representative to join a local client. You will be our clients' first contact, so providing great service is essential. Your main tasks include answering calls, helping with account questions, and entering data.
- Pay Rate:** Up to $15.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
- Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Responsibilities
- Answer the main phone line and direct calls to the right departments.
- Help clients with information about their accounts.
- Use Excel to manage data and create reports as needed.
- Enter data quickly and accurately to keep records updated.
- Keep a positive and professional attitude when talking to clients.
- Work with team members to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers.
- Good typing skills for clear communication and data entry.
- Ability to focus and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Experience in customer service or account management is a plus.
