Tax Clerk / Assembler (Seasonal)

Tim Oatney & Associates CPAs is seeking a seasonal Tax Clerk/Assembler to join their team ahead of the upcoming 2025 tax season. The position will run Jan. 15 through April 15, then approximately one day per week during the summer months. 

Job Duties:

• Taxes:
  • 1040 Logins
  • Sort, Scan, Copy 1040 client
  • Autoflow 1040s and 1041s
  • Assemble all tax returns
  • Process/oversee all electronic filings
  • Process/oversee all client estimates
  • Manage EFTPS estimates and setup
  • Coordinate estimate emails with Office Manager
• General Duties
  • Backup Receptionist as needed
  • Backup Office Manager as requested
  • Duties as assigned by Office Manager
