About Kristin Meeks:
In 2010, Kristen founded WV Social Media Consultants, LLC - a unique, niche marketing firm, where she has helped businesses and nonprofits reach their audience through digital marketing. Kristin has a proven track record of assessing social media needs, creating a plan and executing strategic marketing practices with her clients from coast to coast. A graduate of the Integrated Marketing Communications (M.S.) at West Virginia University, she was named one of the Generation Next 40 Under 40 in West Virginia in 2015. Kristin has received multiple awards and accolades from her local Chamber and state organizations, including Entrepreneur of the Year and Young Business Leader of the Year in 2014 while her business received Women-Owned Business of the Year in 2016; Person of the Year in 2019 and Spirit of the Community in 2020! Kristin stays active in her community serving as a steering committee member of Women Build for Habitat For Humanity MOV, Downtown PKB (Mainstreet Parkersburg), and sitting on the advisory board for Nonprofits LEAD at Marietta College.
