2026 Chamber Awards - Tammy Nusser Customer Service Award

The Lancaster Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for the Tammy Nusser Customer Service Award from the Lancaster and Fairfield County community. The awards ceremony will be held during the Lancaster Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner scheduled for May 7th, 2026. Nominations will close Sunday, March 29 at 11:59 PM EST.

About the Tammy Nusser Customer Service Award:
This award is named in honor of Tammy Nusser, former Director of Development for the Lancaster Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce who was passionate in assisting Chamber members and ensuring that their every need was met. The recipient of this award can be an individual employed by a Chamber member, an entire organization that is a Chamber Member, or a Non-profit organization or agency that is a Chamber Member. The spirit of this award is to recognize the importance of outstanding and consistent customer service by an individual or company/organization. A nominee for this award should demonstrate a track record of providing above and beyond Customer Service creating a great experience for clients and customers.
Nomination Requirements:
Nominees will be evaluated using the following criteria: Demonstrates consistency in level of service to customers; Follows-through on promises and agreements to customers; Always addresses customers with friendliness and enthusiasm; Has demonstrated willingness to go above and beyond required job responsibilities to help customers; Must be employed by a Chamber of Commerce member.
Nominations are not to exceed 600 words in length and must be submitted in a Word document (.doc or .docx format); Letters of recommendation are not required but may be used to support your nomination (Limit one letter per nomination).
