Fairfield Community Health Center is saying "thank you!" to our patients and the community during National Community Health Center Week!
Join FCHC Wednesday, Aug. 6 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. as we give away free backpacks to area students. We'll also have free kids activities, Touch-A-Truck, and food available for purchase from Pizza Cottage and Whit's Frozen Custard
