Each year, the Lancaster Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce has the honor
of recognizing female leaders in our community. Robert D. McGraw helped start the annual tradition in 1985. Since then, the McGraw family has continued their support of the ATHENA Leadership Award, recognizing outstanding female leaders in Lancaster and Fairfield County.
