Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in private residences. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities.

Duties
As a Caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Providing patient care to ensure the well-being of clients.
• Preparing meals and assisting with meal planning according to dietary needs.
• Performing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Supporting clients with medication reminders as per care plans.
• Engaging clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
• Offering companionship and emotional support to individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer’s disease, or dementia.
• Utilizing equipment such as Hoyer lifts for safe patient transfers when necessary.
• Documenting care provided and any changes in client condition while adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Experience
Ideal candidates will possess:

• Experience in home health care, senior care, or long-term care settings.
• Familiarity with patient observation techniques and direct support practices.
• Skills in cooking and meal preparation tailored to individual needs.
