DESCRIPTION:We are excited to welcome Dawna to our free Summer Concert Series on Thursday\, July 15\, 2021 at 7:00pm at Robbins Crossing at Hocking College\, weather permitting. If inclement weather is in the forecast\, then this show will be moved to Stuart's Opera House as early as possible. Check on our website for updates at stuartsoperahouse.org.\n\n\n\nDawna is an eclectic rock band from Columbus\, Ohio. The group began their musical path in the summer of 2018 when Frontman/Songwriter\, Jesse Henry and keyboardist Ryan Paradise collaborated with power trio\, The High Definitions.\n\nTight harmonies\, arrangements\, and talented musicians are the foundation of Dawna's unique sound. Henry's songwriting establishes a modern identity while paying homage to American roots\, blues\, jazz\, and country. Together\, Dawna creates soundscapes\, and adventurous imagery that take the listener on a fun\, thoughtful\, and soulful journey.\n\nWe want to give a special thank you to our series sponsors Jay and Miki Brooks\, Duck Creek Log Jam\, Nelsonville Chamber of Commerce\, Mike and Pam Brooks\, James L. McCoy in Memory of Katie McCoy\, and Adventure Pro Outdoors.
