Molly is passionate about equal treatment for all people in the workplace\, and recently spoke at SXSW 2018 on fighting sexism in the workplace.\n\nIn addition to her business\, Molly also volunteers on the board of directors for Columbus Early Learning Centers\, a non-profit organization focused on providing access to high-quality early childhood education for all children.
