DESCRIPTION:The community is invited to be the first to see the new look of The LINK at a ribbon-cutting event with Fairfield County Transit and Lancaster-Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce.\n\n\n\nIn October 2024\, The LINK was selected as the new external name of Fairfield County Transit. The official name will remain Fairfield County Transit but the name people will see on the buses and bus stops will be The LINK.\n\n \n\nAttendees will have a chance to see the new bus branding\, logo and hear about the future of transit in the County.\n\n \n\nThe LINK was selected after collecting names\, narrowing down choices and voting for the final three options in the "Brand the Bus" campaign. All finalists received a complimentary ad on one bus starting April 1-30 as a way to recognize their contributions.
