DESCRIPTION:Lancaster Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce DEIB Training Series\n\n\n\nTo create a more inclusive business community\, the Lancaster Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce presents a three-part series of Diversity\, Equity\, Inclusion\, and Belonging (DEIB) training for members. This series is open to all Chamber members and the community. Sessions will focus on understanding and operationalizing DEIB as a business strategy\, including within areas of compliance and strategic vision.\n\n\n\nThese interactive discussions will focus on developing skills\, abilities\, and knowledge to use immediately within your business\, as well as understanding how to identify your current needs for ongoing DEIB business strategy development.\n\n\n\nPart 1: The Why - Understand the Power of DEIB as a Business Strategy\n\n\n\nWhether you are for-profit or not\, understanding how the power of individual diversity can be included within an organization's business framework allows for maximum return on your investment in your "people".  This class will teach you the fundamentals of DEIB as a business strategy and how it directly contributes to the success of your business's overall objectives and mission.
