DESCRIPTION:NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR FAIRFIELD LEADERSHIP HERE\n\n\n\nFairfield Leadership is a nine-month program offered by the Lancaster/Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce and is designed to help the Lancaster and Fairfield County community meet its need for the active participation of informed\, dedicated community leaders.\n\n\n\nThe Leadership Program is based on leadership principles designed to help participants develop into more effective leaders. These principles include:\n\n \n\n	Visionary Leadership\n	Customer-Driven Excellence\n	Organizational and Personal learning\n	Valuing employees and partners\n	Agility\n	Focus on the future\n	Managing for innovation\n	Management by fact\n	Social responsibility\n	Focus on results and creating value\n	Systems perspective\n\nIdeal participants are rising stars in any organization\, those who possess ability\, have demonstrated commitment to community service and have potential for responsible and effective leadership. \n\n \n\nThe program runs once a month from September through April.
